A mixed service. I recently moved and booked a full pack with removal. The day before the move I had two of the team arrive to pack. The kitchen was packed really well and I had no breakages with that area. Others were less careful. Pictures were packed with several in a box without wrapping between. Not all of the packing was done in the day and they left it until the morning of the move. At this point stuff was just tipped ti to boxes. Lots of stuff was damaged. Furniture was moved to the van still heavy with drawers and a bookcase wasn’t braced which meant all the backboards broke off. Several items were scrapped along the road outside and scuffed. My electric piano had a deep scratch as it was packed unprotected. No furniture was protected in any way. One item was wedged against the metal edge of the van and so was deeply damaged. We were late out of my old place as we had to wait for the second van for an hour or so. Only just leaving when the call came in to check we were all clear. Not all the clothes were put into wardrobes at the other end because they tried to put it all in one room not two so left the large metal hanging rail which had to be picked up with the boxes. This pet was very efficient and friendly and the boxes were picked up quickly after I’d finished. So it was a really mixed service depending on who was working. I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend because of this.
